Shipping policy

Right now we ship within Canada only. We’ll expand to the U.S. and beyond when shipping gets less chaotic and easier to manage. If you really really need, something, email me, never say never.

Flat-rate shipping (Canada Post):  We offer simple, flat-rate shipping based on your order total:

• Standard Shipping — $19.95
  Orders $0.00–$149.99

• Oversize Shipping — $29.95
  Orders $150.00–$199.99
  (For larger or heavier items that require additional handling)

• Free Shipping
  Orders $199.99 and up

Shipping limits: These rates apply to parcels up to 5 kg (11 lbs). If an order is unusually heavy or oversized (hello, big coats), we’ll contact you before shipping with options.

Processing time: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Tracking: When tracking is available, you’ll receive it by email once your order ships.

Delivery times: Delivery time depends on your location and carrier service.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
